I've stayed in this hotel during E-id Al-Fitir holiday. I liked somethings like, "location, Staff & value of money. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs were polite and humble.Affordable accommodation for a small family. The place was nice and good value for money it had all that you needed to stay comfortable. Good and quiet location, close to some malls and eateries, staff were humble and helpful.

I was interrupted many times by the Maintenance to fix it, because it was automatically switching off and need to reconnected again from this panel. The fact that you are charged tax without it being known to you from the moment you book. The small print is too small. Slow response to replacement of spent facilities. i dont know everything is okay. Nothing to mention. Did not expect more for this price. Housekeeping shoul clean the room on daily basis. No access to internet and a very poor ,ineffective wifi service, due to which I didnt extend my stay and shifted to other place. Nothing to dislike. no restaurants close by nor on in the hotel at all. Red bugs in bed ,horrible. Nothing. nothing. week internet. Air conditioning system needs maintenance as water was dropping from the ducts. Breakfast was poor and also seating space is very small. No extra blanquet and no microwave in the kitchen. Kitchen had a major water leak, coming trough the ceiling, inquired as to why this was happening, and was told it was the air conditioning. the staff treats guest as criminals and do inspect the rooms for extra guest while the guest is in room or in Bed,. The hotel is not clean, the design is not good too. House keeping is very poor. I checked in around 4:30 and room was not ready. it was the worse hotel apartment i ever stayed in my life.No internet no microwave no toaster very small room (studio with partition to 1 bed room apartment)very bad smell from washroom no proper television channels there are doors inside the room from where u could hear next rooms noise nothing complementary(even water u have to buy) i would suggest to stay in sharjah less then the price and better facilities. staff attitude and behaviour. everything noisy aeroplanes, uncomfortable bed. very old fashioned furniture falling apart food discusting. I didn't like every thing from the moment I entered the hotel . The staff very rude , service very bad , no hospitality . Not allowing different nationalities, they held my passport and charged me without seeing the room even . Lowest rate and quality I've ever seen . I don't recommend any one to go for this hotel . Terrible service at the reception desk on arrival. They refused to give me back my passport while I was there and wanted to deliver it to me at a later stage. Very unfriendly attitude.
