Very close to terminal 2; friendly staff; ladies can enjoy shopping without leaving the complex.

Not a 5-star hotel as they claim in their promotion. letsbookhotel.com should classify them as 4-star intstead. This is not downgrading of the hotel but it really does not compare to 5-star ones in Dubai.

Provide good TV channel to all rooms because all countries different peoples are coming to stay. Most of the visitors coming for visit their relatives and site seeing. All the day they are out of the room and night they coming to take rest by the time they switch on TV they will get, what ever the TV channel is there most of it in Arabic, I like this channel but you have to provide other channel also. Everything, the club room, the executive lounge, the reception which was very good, and all the members of the bustan hotel who works there are very nice and frendly. The room is awesome. I really enjoy that. And too many shop there and everything to eat nea, very good location and the metro is near too.

The staff was real friendly, helpful and prompt, ample reserved parking space, and overall good facilities along with a kind of shoping mall within the vicinity. Overall it is a really a very good value for money.

The room is comfy and clean...love the little kitchenette ....quite, good for relaxation and friendly staff...very helpful, near the metro station and ample underground parking....a food court...and good on your budget...

The colour of our room door, it's green, would suggest an oak color door.....or similar...

The staff were amazing!!!! Good to have a fridge kettle etc in the room. 50 m from a metro Good room and all the services were 1st class. All staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The pool got a bit busy with children but it was a local holiday so this could attribute to this.

The new wide screen TVs were very good Free wifi - great idea Iron , safe, kitchen, etc

The room smelled of tobacco and had an ash tray. No Earl Grey Tea at breakfast

The Worst Wifi Internet Policy I've seen all my life. Not enough towels and plankets and if you order they supply it and take it back next day's clean up, or they say "dont have" .

I was a magnfasent experience with this hotel. I like the staff and too much helpful and friendly especially exclusive hall staff. I like the swimming pool. The shopping Center is nice.

It was an amazing value for money as it was a very nice hotel for an average amount of money. And it also had a nice breakfast buffet.

The kitchen wasn't very nice and toiletries were of a bad quality.

1-Close to many shopping places. 2-Includes its own shopping center and food court, 3-Mcdonalds came in handy for night owels. 4-plenty parking

Nice staff We recommend booking the Executive-Lounge deal; it includes internet, food (morning, afternoon, evening) and tea, coffee, juices, water, but no alcohol, which for us was not a problem And Rachael and Jennifer are very friendly and helpful It's quiet in the corridors and during the night Good food Quite close to the Dubai Women's Higher Colleges of Technology, which is why we booked at Al Bustan Centre & Residence

Swimming pool closing at 6pm all year round! No sun protection above the pool no benches for people to relax and read outside when it gets cooler, although there would be room for quite a few benches! Freezing in the corridors Not much to do in the area. Someone was using a hammer in the room above ours on Friday afternoon. Please make sure it doesn't happen on that day

Comfortable beds and great breakfast... Staff were great; front desk, house keeping etc.... Easy to find and close to the airport and RTA (train)

During my stay in Al Bustan I was privileged to book a club room, which entitles me an access to the Executive Lounge Club, The Hosting and welcome was amazing, I loved the friendly staff and the flexible smooth way of approaching me. Above all the Executive Lounge was just the perfect place for me to relax after my exams, my I enjoyed spending my leisure time there I can choose to watch the TV or non, I seized the free internet in the lounge, The refreshment were various and nice. I am so thankful to the Guest Relation Agent Miss Rachiel she was really helpful in most of the time I needed anything and Miss Jennifer. and special thanks to the Manager Mr. Paul Kayal.

Well appointed apartment suitable for a family.

Half board option could include lunch or dinner but as we were out during the day went for the evening meal option but this meant we could only eat in the fod court which was a bit like a shopping mall rather than the restaurant.

Ordered a taxicab for early morning to go to the airport. Cab wasn't there, they were very friendly to help with an alternative solution. I did have some stress if I was gonna catch my flight. Everything worked out though.

It was like my home. I needed one item which was missing of which they cannot provide. Next time I am coming to Dubia I shall bring it to make my stay complete. I arrined today and have just recommend my daughter to have her honey moon at the the Hotel.

The rooms are large , comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is very good for all cultures. They need more newspapers.

Most rooms are smoking and nowdays thats not acceptable. Non smokers find tobacco smells awful. Also the TVs are old fashioned especially for a county like Dubai. They should all be flat screen on the wall.

I booked two bedroom apt for all family (2 Adult & 3 children) then I discovered on arrival to the hotel my booking in 2 seprate one bedroom aprt. which was very unconfortable with children belw age of 9 years. I have I found that

The location, it is great to have a hotel 50metres away from the metro. The breakfast buffet was attractive. The idea that you can leave the hotel and straightaway you are in a mall. Tea and coffee facilities and my cosy kitchenette.

I didn't like the idea of paying to use the Internet and the Business centre was only available until 8pm. It should be free and available 24 hours, like many other hotels.

I like the location and the availability of the family requirement for example: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop ....etc.
