The information he provided was invaluable. i liked the view and the location of the hotel, room service and the food was great.Great Hotel in an amazing location! Will definately go here again. Fanastic views, nice staff, great waterslides and pools. Mostly everything, specially the food and the services.

The exceptional location of the hotel on top of the Hafeet mountain. I asked for two bedrooms close to each other and they managed to provide me with an interconnected room which was excellent.spending quality time with my daughter (you also need to amend the "traveling as" option so that it reflects 'a' parent travelling with child/children. The location and view of Al Ain is breathtaking. The pool was reasonably clean and well maintained.Friendly staff, above average food. the natural view and weather at that place on the top of the hafeet mountain.The place. location. Breakfast was a liitle disappointing. outdoor restaurant was not open and only room service if you want to order spaghetti? could have been nice if there is a wide choice of menus on offer in the evening..like barbecue and stuff.not including the breakfast as part of the price, kids food like mashed poteto/ hot dogs to be mad avilable all the time mostl wanted by kids. few channels in the TV. and internet conction is very expensive.food should be a bit improved. They closed the pool bar and cafe between 6 and 8 in the evening so theycould get ready for the evening bbq. This seemed quite a long time andmeant I had to give the children room service food for their dinner.when arrived we had no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we had to wait all day for them to arrive did after going to reception and complaining. lack of shade over the swimming pool. far of place of services such as farmacy. Room service menu is limited and rooms are a bit small. The cleanliness. The Pool anf the childrens Pool should be cleaner. Not enough space around the swimming pool!! too many insects!!! big groups of men, with lots of kids about!! Had to wait 2 hours ( from 2pm - 4 pm) to check into our room!!! did not like to card system for the elevator and room!! far too much emphasis put on a card that did not work most of the time!!! very annoying. Breakfast limited selection, night activities limited as well due to location. Staff a little slow to respond to requests.if they provide Brack Fast on view site of swiming pool while Sun rise it will be amazing. The rooms are a bit crammed.The staff should respond quickly. Non-inclusivity of prices (E.G. cost + 10% + 6% could be calculated andquoted as a total); the surcharge levied on dinner on public holidays;lack of amenities for reasonably priced between-meal snacks;. The pool was cold!. room staff. i would have liked a seperate dining area away from the families. yeah, there was lack of activities at night. using the elevator was complecated because we have to use the card to move it up!!!!. In addition, there food was not so good as we expected, we mean the room services resturant. There were very little activities to do, especially with the cold weather.A little bit far from the city. The staff though helpful and polite but seem unexperienced, the plastic cups at the pool bar are old and out of place. The pool restaurant is not utilised after sunset although the outer Al Khaima cafe can not accommodate large number of guests, and that too could have been extended to include the upper terrace.there were flies all over the food at the breakfast buffet so we declined to eat breakfast there and therefore had to wait until lunch time to have something hygenic to eat. We were disapointed to find out that they did not serve dinner by the pool area where we could have thoroughly enjoyed the view whilst having dinner. We were told that the restaurant by the pool was under renovation? i think it was more like they did not have enough staff to serve that area. We ended having dinner indoors as there was only one choice of restaurant Le Belveder.Some areas required repair and maintenance. room cleaning is bad. Some facilities at the room faulty, I complained to the hotel reciptient 3 times, at each time they sent thier technician to repaire the fault but unfortunately nothing is repaired till i checked out. Also at the time of checking out I gave the hotel managemnt a written complain but unfortunately I didn't hear back from them, and they didn't even bother to apologize about it.Just some smile from the hotel staff, will be good. a long list but food and beverage was very poor.
