This is a very splendid hotel indeed, comfortable, elegant and stylish. My classic double room was magnificent in every respect. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, courteous, obliging and helpful. Guest Relation Officer Jean Laolao deserves a special mention. If you are going to Al Ain don't think of staying anywhere else. Ayla Hotel is a home away from home, it makes me feel relaxed, the staff sply the gm Mr.Soussan & the Rooms Div Manager Mr.Ramadan personally enquired about my stay and extended their warm hospitality, Amazing Spa and very relaxing, its the place you would want to stay in Al Ain.
all reviews » People at reception were very kind and efficient, the room was spacious with a lovely bed and the bathroom was not big, but very well equipped, breakfast was super!! And the location is perfect, there is a supermarket inside the hotel and malls nearby. Restaurant, shopping centers, gas station, and numerous shops are nearby. The price is very reasonable and room furniture is new or like new. Rooms are very clean, quite and spacious. Staff speak very good English & Arabic. The staff were exceptional and happy to assist with anything. The room was very nice and restaurant had great food. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Guest Relation Officer Ms. JANE and Front desk staff Ms. Sam and tall guy from Oman were fantastic and anticipated our needs. The location was great, away from all the hassle of the city. The services offered are also wonderful in terms of the food offered at the restaurant the gym/swimming. The rooms were spacious and very clean also the breakfast tasty and varied and the adjascent shopping centre very convenient. The swimming pool is excellent. The location is very good and the stafF is very helpfull and the hotel is tidy and clean enjoyed my stay I will definitly I will come backe to this hotel. The Hotel is in good location . Shuttle service needs to be started with their owned Bawadi Mall. it was a bit hard to put the airco on "low", but maybe that was our own fault. None. Nothing. The toilet is very small but clean. The traffic leading to the hotel but it's not their fault anyway. The hotel is worth the money spent!. Nothing. The room a bit small. Expensive Breakfast!!. I called in advance to ask for an extra bed. It was mentioned in the booking but i didnt find it in the room. It was ok since i didnt have to pay another 100 dhs for it. Pool restrictions which meant my 13 year old son did not get to swim at all during our stay. Also absolutely no kids pool which is very scary for the smaller kids. It would be good if the breakfast is included in the room rate. Nothing. Everthing was perfect. Was not impressed with the Seafood Buffet in the restaurant. Nathing. Staff need to be trained how to make beds properly. Nothing really. There was a bit too much road noise through the windows but no worse thaa most hotels. I dident like the noise at morning time when the service room and while you are sleeping you here noise from other room. Nothing in particular. nothing as such-. The suite was not very spacious. Bathroom should be with fixed glass otherwise water is flowing all over the place. Sitting room, the Centre table or coffee table is too big can't even stretch your legs. And the sofa needs replacement now. No alcohol served but besides that nothing. Buffet food could have been a little warmer. I booked a double room that showed a picture of 2 beds, whereas I was given a room with King size bed. Were told 2 beds is for the twin rooms only. The check in time is a little late in the afternoon an earlier check-in if available rooms exist should be offered on request. Prices are high on seasons, some rooms are very far from the elevators. Internet is not free. Price was little over. Net connection didn't work in our room. nothing. - Lift are slow but it's the only weak point. Ac noise. Marble table in the room and the phones in the room are quite 'difficult' to use. Room service was slow.

Important information to guests

The hours of operation for swimming pool is from 07:00hrs until 23:00hrs daily. Ladies timing's for the pool is from 7:00hrs until 13:00hrs on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday only. Children are allowed to use the pool from ages 4 years old above from 11:00hrs until 16:00hrs however they should be accompanied by their respective parents all the time. Please be informed that the swimming pool will be temporarily out of service dated from 20 May 2018 - 23 May 2018 for scheduled maintenance and re-grouting. Regular operation will resume on 24th May, 2018 from 13:00 - 01:00 Hrs (Ramadan Timings) Please note that an additional deposit will be required upon check in to cover any incidental charges. As per the UAE rules and regulations, a valid original identity document such as Passport or National ID is mandatory to be provided at check-in for each guest occupying each room. During Ramadan, from 16 May 2018 to 15 June 2018, half board rates include Iftar and Suhour. Iftar can be served in lieu of dinner for the dinner inclusive rate. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ayla Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time.
