Asfar Resort in Al-Ain is a very private and has all the comforts in the apartment. The staff are very attentive to your needs. A child friendly place with a beautiful garden that you can enjoy. Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture and furnishings. Great to have 2 bathrooms for the 6 of us! Wonderful kitchen! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Great work-out room and pool,too!.

The car park is v organized. they accommodate there guest in every way & they don't let you wait at all. However, the space of the flats stand out as the most distinguishing aspect along with the internet service offered for free. Because of the cooking facilities, we did not need to eat out. Big rooms and suite, 2 toilets. check in & out were fast. clean room , Good service. it is a small resort. Everything was fine. Swimming Pool. Good. Nearby to my place of business that's all. Nothing good. Location. Someone was smoking outside our room, so the smell of smoke was seeping in and was annoying. The gym is really too small. - Gym room is good but needs to be bigger - TV hard to use, please add instructions manual. Mosque is very close to the hotel. 1. Small parking space for dedicated aprtment. 2. Washing machine dont have drier facility eventhough the staff tells otherwise. The noise if your room is facing the parking area. Cleaner vacuumed one room at 12am!!! The neighbor a/c was very very noisy and the staff did not do anything although we complained 3 times about this noise. Restaurant staff spoke very poor english. I had only one night to stay. Close children playground early not to disturb hotel guests. location. Not much facilities for kids. Nothing. I would prefer the washing machine with dryer. Location - far from city or tourist attractions. No stuff for tea and coffee in kitchen. very expensive in eid holidays. Parking are small. It is called a resort while it lacks lots of facilities for resort like green space etc, spa etc,,, view is not good. Saltly Restaurant. Restuarant - Very Bad. No nearby restaurant except their own restaurant. No extra ordinary feeling like you're in a resort or hotel, it's just like you're in your own house. I dont understand why they call it a resort. It's like a simple hotel that has a pool. Hotel designed for boys with thier girlfriends. The furniture is very old. The hotel is dirty. All pipes should be repaired because There was a bad smell coming from somewhere pipe leaked in washroom or kitchen. Customer service course for all night shift staff. I don't like the furniture and I feel it's not clean at all . Pice not fair.
