I like the location of the hotel where you can tour the city very easly as the is located in the town centre. The best in the hotel is the cleanliness as most of the hotel spaces are no smoking areas. It's very clean & qouit hotel, Very resenable price, cooperative staf, good car parking area, Larg room, Confortable rest area. location was good, easy to reach road 311 Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed which is a major highway that links Ajman to Dubai.

The hotel spot its perfect. The breakfast was great. I like hotel room. Staff deals very nicely with clients, and the restaurant services are very good. Its cleaning and have good parking and good staff. Nice stay in Ewan hotel with good staff treatment. Every thing is good. the rooms it self. Recepti was nice. Location. Peaceful. The bed was king size and comfortable and the spcae big as there was a kitchen two toilets and separte bedroom. Location Room was organized and clean We got high floor room as requested. Location with plenty of car parks. Location,. Some of the staff are not that much friendly. Room cleaning is slow and toilet slippers are not provided as well as kid mattress. Little far from the city. Could have been much better, if they treat guests as family and as their suites is designed. Simple washing machine is not available , and hair drier took many calls upto the general manager of the hotel and after 5 days they brought one. Like 3-4 when I order food the order is mess totely wrong. No slippers and the hotel is old. it seems no maintenance done to the hotel's building elements, because the resent situation of the building is going down in comparision with my stay before 2 years (some kitchen cabinets are with broken handles, exhaust fans are noisy and dirty, some elect. switches are broken and dangerous to be touched, in addition to the linens which were not changed daily, and the changed one was having bad smell. Rate in booking was with brakefast and in hotel they say these rate without brakefast. nothing. there's no facilities , and its a three stars hotel how come u don't serve breakfast for free. Nill. Bathroom fittings. Shower water leak out through door of shower area and then drainage was very slow resulting water at basin area. Some time its not clean. the reception was bad , the lady in there was so aggressive ,. location nothing around almost in the middle of the desert- staff apart from the porter not friendly food poor especially the quality- big breakfast but nothing tasted good- room service menu poor. Nothing. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable , hotel staffs they do not have welcoming attitude. You order food it took very long time to arrive and it was cold. Reception staff, especially ladies very poor as not friendly at all with no respect to customer, not looking into customer request, taking one hour to check in !! Very poor service from unprofessional staff. house keeping very bad. Generly your staff did not treat me well. They are not trained How to deal with guests. Further, they delayed sending my luggege to my room about 30mints. Overall, I am not really recommending such a hotel to any of my family mmember. Thx. *Room not clean, bathroom smelt, wore shoes during the whole stay *Room not well equipped-at all, no menu, no remote control, no tea & coffee *Very nosiy on the floor until early hours of the morning *Dirty dishes always seen in the hall wall- all the time *Phone call always been redirected even when calling the number provided for the department.
