Every Thursday they ha - Magnificent architecture and landscape. Friendly polite staff. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The pools are beautiful. I enjoyed collecting the colourful shells along the sea side. As soon as I arrived home I re-booked to go again in five weeks time. Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.

This hotel is situated in front of the RAK creek with nice views. Very clean and comfortable hotel The front desk staff Khaled and Harat were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a executive suite. The hotel offers the facilities of the other two hotels Beach Hotel and the Beach Resort Hotel (private beaches, pools and facilities thereon) free of charge. We visited both resorts and really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
