Simply a perfect place for children. My 3 yo son loved feeding Giraffes, Zebras and deers right infront of our room/chalet. The fact is the Hotel is in a middle of a very clean/organized Zoo, so you can do the zoo-round and when he nagging starts, simple go back to the room and relax. A special thank you goes to the Duty Manager Saeed Al Amin who attended my request and made sure everything is up to my expectations. Highly recommended for Families with children, bring with you some carrots and .
all reviews » The hotel was incredible and having giraffes and zebras outside your front door was amazing. The chalets were spacious and tastefully decorated. An extra bonus is that to visit the zoo is also free of charge, reception will organise guests complimentary tickets. Overall this hotel is excellent and for the price is by far the best value for money I have come across and I stay in many hotels for business. Would definitely recommend and cant wait to return. We would like to say that you don't need to spend a lot to enjoy a place... This hotel is fantastic! We liked how clean it was, new, the zoo is just right there, perfect for families. The only drawback was its location, as it isn't close to ad city centre, but quite easy to access the highway to Dubai. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us maps and instructions on how to get to places. We recommend this place a lot. كل شي جميل ورائع وفوق الوصف .. مكاان فوق الخيال.. مناسب جدا جدا للعائلات والترفيه والاستمتاع مع الخدمات الفورية مثل توصيل الطعام بشكل سريع وبأسعار مناسبة .. أعجبني جدا وجود الفندق داخل حديقة الامارات للحيوانات البرية .. مع إطلالة رائعة ومميزة من الغرفة مباشرة إلى الحديقة.. ووجود منطقة ألعاب مميزة مع تخفيضات على بعض الألعاب فيها لنزلاء الفندق.. وجود مطعم صب واي ومطعم الدار زاد من روعة الفندق وحلاوته. . Excellent place to stay to get away from busy city life. The animals are terrific- such a great selection and it is so wonderful that you can see them from your window. What a great idea to have a resort such as this. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The actual rooms or chalets are beautiful- spacious and tastefully decorated. My second time to book this resort. Will be coming back. Since the weather was hot, we commuted between the zoo and our room to have a chance to cool down at times. My concern was to see animals suffering in the heat, but some of them live in air-conditioned "rooms", most of them are provided with irrigation, and many animals are anyway from hot areas. It was a good change and relief, and we spent really great time in this resort. the staff, especially (Saeed) were very helpful. The room was very comfy, with the living room and kitchen well furnished. The view of the zoo was wonderful. Room service was always on point. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the resort. we'll definitely be back there on our next vacation to Abu Dhabi. this is a place for families with children especially young children. my children enjoyed feeding the animals a lot. very nice idea that you can access the big zoo from your chalet without having to go out of the hotel area. i will certainly come back. 1. Nice balance between aristocracy and wild life. 2. Highly recommended for animal lovers specially for those who has kids from 2.5 to 12 years. 3. Foods are cheap and quality. 4. Rooms are neat and clean. 5. Quite and calm place and many more.. I loved the concept of the view from your rooms. The children loved waking up to see giraffes and zebras right outside we did not have to run after them as we relaxed they fed them and played. Very clean hope it stays that way !!. The concept is fantastic if you enjoy animals. The room was a suite with a very large common area which matched up with the large bedroom. There is a large pen in the courtyard area where there are giraffes, zebras, gazelles, etc. I liked zoo design of the hotel, that it is quite place and you feel that you are far from the city and have availibility to relax! The IRD seirvise was fast and tasty! Thank you!. Being from South-Africa, we felt quite at home at The Resort and we're certainly looking forward to our next stay at Emirates Park Resort, if The Almighty so wills. God bless you. Very nice location , rooms are clean , bed is comfortable , restaurant is excellent , the zoo is very nice and the kids loved it.a satellite receiver in the room. we enjoyed the stay in the hotel. the staff was very helpful. the hotel was clean and well maintained. love to visit again with friends and family. Only stayed for the one night it was great to wake up with the park animals right outside the room. Room was good size!! Good value for money!!. The Zoo is an eye-opener, very good and good selection of Animals, mammals, etc. Reasonable price of the accommodation, and restaurant. Excellent!!! Value for money!!!. The restuarant had good fresh salads and excellent choice of food at the best price. well,, everything was great for me and for my wife. sure we will back again. Everything was great. Size, deco, food. Everything!. The animal. Although the attached restaurant has a vast (and surprisingly) good quality grill menu, a bit limited for children. We had mosquitoes the last night and we weren't prepared. Possible due to rain falling the day before and the Zoo factor. Be prepared with After-Bite augments and anti mosquito spray. I must say that the restaurant needs some refresh, in my opinion poor cooking quality. The distance from the city was a bit of a challenge for us, but we got tips from the hotel staff on how to move around. internet is not free. :( sadly it's hard to find free CHalet/rooms in weekend...They should extend to fulfill the demand as they are doing very good. *More choice of restaurants . * Mattress need to be changed very uncomfortable and pillows too big and hard for the kids too. *Definetly need a big swimming pool with a kids play area in the water it would be ideal !. It seems that they were aiming for a luxury hotel but maybe the budget wasn't quite there but I didn't detract from the experience so not much a dislike. The only real drawback is the location in relation to Abu Dhabi but since that is where the zoo is then... Broken towel in the washroom. There was not much for elders. But this will change when the new extension opens. Non availability of a swimming pool , no breakfast included with the night. No bar, no pool as was under construction!! No tea & coffee facilities only a kettle!!!. The taste of the food in restaurant was bad, and nothing much for pure Vegetarians. It is kinda far from town and isolated but I guess thats why its a resort. There should be more food restaurants options. I dont like service of Al Arab Restaurant. - No Cooking Stuff like Microwave - Small Kitechen Area. - I prefer to have a Challet with 2 Rooms rather than I took 2 challet one for me and one for the Kids with Babysitter. There was no choice of food for Vegetarians, which was very disappointing. The room was fine. About the zoo: 1. ALL exhibits need matching photos + text in Arabic and English 2. In some cases an enclosure had a text that did not match the exhibit (e.g. there was a lynx/caracal in the enclosure marked "serval".) 3. Zoo staff need regular training so they are as far as possible able to answer visitors' questions. We found several zoo staff could not answer even basic questions. No kettle for hot water and no microwave for heating the food.Aside from that the videt in the toilet is so hard to push. Animals were not well fed or looked after they seemed a bit restless. the Food ...there should be more options provided and the costs are also a bit too high for the quality provided. The smell of the furniture is not nice. some items missing in chalet. noise of AC toilet door require fixing need more cleaning. Food not available during day time during Ramadan. Restaurants limited. nothing. no swimming pool restaurant not good far from the city no food available in the morning for my kidsd show timing not resepected. There is not anything much to do after sunset. No swimming pool, no other activity for childrens. They get bored. The sofa bed was terrible The food from the restaurant was cold The baby cot had a blanket as a mattress. There's a mosquito no toiletries like free toothbrush toothpaste etc... Construction on going. location of the hotel. No complains... Better order food from outside hotel. It would be nicer to have better options for daily meals. Staff need more training. Nothing. No clarity regarding the payment.
