  This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. The location is quite calm though being only few minutes walk from the city ce - i liked the hotel a lot, including the staff, cleanness of the room and quiteness. it is located very close to center of kharkiv, just a 3 min walking distance to the opera house. Compared to my previous experiences in kharkiv, this hotel gets a +A - I liked my room and its design, the availability of TY, wi-fi, it was clean and there was everything necessary for me, even hair dryer and slippers. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very cosy.

  I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. The Chateau restaurant which is attached is to hotel is a little expensive but was a true5 star gourmet restaurant! Amazing s... what people say » ervice and cuisine. All servers spoke enough English that I never had a problem and they were very knowledgable and friendly. The hotel is located ver - All staff at the hotel and the Shato Restaurant attached to it. Are kind,cheerful,and attentive to all guests who come by. The accomodation is relaxing and perfect for vacation or business travelers. I`ve stayed there twicw now. For 12 days in April 2012 and just returned from a 14 day April 13-27th,2013 vacation to Kharkov,Ukraine once again.

They went out of the way to fullfill your eve - Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent..   This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler. The room had everything I needed and it was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The washroom and showers were spotless and kitchen had everything I needed, though I didn't use it. Staff was friendly and accommodating, since I have poor Russian skills.   The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.
