  We stayed in a large apartment with two bedrooms and a large living room, and terrace. All rooms where air-conditioned. The swimming pool is great and the view from the hotel even better. Great view over the city, the sea and the hills in the middle of some wine-yards. It's a little bit hard to find and the roads aren't the best, but when you arri... what people say » ve it's a great location. The owner Sergej is very friendly and hospitable, he even printed all our boarding passes for our flights. - Very clean place. Enjoyed the pool and the wet/dry sauna! The owners of the place are incredible and provide a level of service very rarely found in Ukraine! The rooms have an excellent view of the city of Yalta and the Black sea. Although located a distance from stores or the seashore -- there is a free shuttle service to help you get around a bit! The owner even taught me how to make shishkabobs on a fire! Very highly recommend this place, and plan to return again!

  The hotel is very nice and modern. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is not in the hotel, but is in a restaurant that belongs to the same owners on the beach.
