Excellent location right in central Kiev with lots os shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. A hair dryer was missing in our apartments, so when we rang them to tell, they brought a new one straight away. We also enjoyed the mirrors in the bedroom, and jacuzzi was cool, too. Pick up was fast and the driver friendly. Getting the keys (we arrived late) was no problem. Location was excellent - right next to Maidan. Supermarket near by (though we didn't use it). Friendly concierge who we left bags with (for small fee) when we needed to check out. Flights were later.

Shower was fine, but jacuzi style bath in out apartment was a little difficult getting in and out - high off the floor so possibility to slip. Also, we didn't know the location of the apartment till we arrived as only the admin office shows on the map. The staff I dealt with was fraudulent. She wanted to give us a studio room instead of the one bedroom apartment We rented because she taught we were naïve and don't speak or understand their language. We had to argue with her for 30 minutes before we were able to get our room. It was a horrible experience dealing with a cheat. the curtain on one side are litle small compaire to the side of the window and too much light come in , in morning. Located in old building, not renovated; you can meet some problems with finding right appartment and getting inside because of starnge working intercom, ask about this reception before. Receprion located in another facility (5 mins walk). Location up a steep hill and apartment part of a residential basic block of flats. The building itself, the communal areas and lift were all very shabby and unsuitable for women. It is not a hotel. It is an apartment situated in an old block of flats. First time happened to me. I booked for 2 nights for 75 euros. But when I arrive to their office they charged me 80 euros. When I asked him he said only "like this". Very interesting :)). Appartment was different from pictures in the advertisement, quality appeared to be much lower. Bathroom was bad. Everything is old. All furniture are too much old, the jacuzzi doesn't work. It's horrible, I don't recommend this flat, take a room in the hotel is the best way to stay in kiev. filthy appartment no hot water at all heating didn't work very little bedding no curtains on the windows staff not at all friendly when i went to complain all i got was abuse on the monday morning checked in to a hotel as appartment wasn't liveable not very happy at all with booking .com.
