Excellent! Very good location, realy 50 steps to GoldenGate attraction and 150 steps to main street. Good conection to Airport (IEV) and public transports. The rooms are very modern, pleasure, comfortable and all room have private sauna. We loved it! :-). They speak english. They give you all the informations to reach the place on your own or they propose limousine service. The location is close to the main street and all activities.

Bed can be more comfortable. The elevator was working only one direction - down. Elevator did not work after 9 p.m. and my elderly mother had to climb to the 4th floor. Poor work of satellite TV. Old elevator doesnt work all the day, noisy lavatory drain system. paid wi-fi in hotel, it is impossible to pay accommodation by the card, only cash, but on a site it is written that is possible. Elevator did not work for 2 days. Elevator is old and did not work. Not a problem for me, but could be an issue for older or handicapped. Furniture was of bad quality. Even though looked new the bed was so uneven that just hurting. Desk for computer was also unstable. noise in the morning outside the window. Englidh barrier. During night who was receptionist does not English. Lack of bath. Beware of the outside noises in rooms overlooking the street: a real nuisance until late in the night. In the room there is a comfortable night lights, no shelves in the bathroom, on the sink does not fit all things. Television set is very boring. Elevator disconnected after 11 pm, it may be difficult for the elderly and people with disabilities. On the ground floor there is no signs hotel - not immediately clear on what floor to go. The new gel and shampoo did not bring, but obviously room service came. The room has no handle and a notebook. September 2013. reservation office offered transfer service from airport( at expensive price compared with sky taxi) but (luckily) did not come.No elevator between 11 pm and 9 am + I add.floor with narrow stairs! a roof window over the bed to make sure you wake up as soon as sun rises. Would not recommend for a romantic trip. The walls are very thin and I could hear all night my neighbor snoring! Elevator operates only from 9 am! I dragged my 30 kg luggage without elevator. it was very hard for a girl:(. The bed was not very comfortable. Hard uncomfortable beds, noise every time faucets were turned on or toilet flushed, dark & smelly staircase. Tiny elevator, lack of assistance from reception desk, night staff that did not speak English (thankfully I spoke Russian). Elevator not operational, Not very nice after a long Journey Staff not Speak English, No Explanation of how to use Facilities, It was a good Job My Girlfriend could speak Ukraine !!!!!!!!. no washing machine (and staff did not know where to do washing), bad sound proofing (with other rooms), small rooms, lift does not work after 11pm, lift only accessible with key which you get after check in (so have to carry bags up the stairs before). the reception is on the fourth floor. the elevator does not work. there is no cafe in the building. your company should not be marketing such a property. never stay again. terrible hotel. Lift is not working, old and not comfortable building, prices are too high for such survice. Textile on bed were dirty, with spots. I wouid never any more book this hotel.
