What people say

Hotel is situated in a residential district away from the city centre and anything of interest to see, however it suited my purpose. Staff are helpful, friendly and flexible, accommodation is modern and clean and attached Armenian restaurant is excellent. A great value proposition if you happen to be in Kharkiv. Rooms were supposedly no-smoking, however ashtrays were on the table suggesting policy is discretionary depending upon who is asking. Our room smelt of smoke however on our request, we were moved to a much better room the next day.
