The hotel staff were fantastic. The hotel is very nice hotel. It is close to a beautiful park to take a night walk to. The continential breakfast is not bad. There are several dishes to choose from. The food was very good. All of the staff were very attentive to everything. They were very polite. Many of them spoke English very well. I plan to book this hotel again on my next trip to Ukraine. I cannot think of any negatives. i needed the internet. their internet is very poor quality. it only worked half the time. and when it did work the speed and reception was so poor i could not load many items that i needed. beautiful place but bad for internet. Could not fault them on anything!. The hotel should negotiate the prices of taxis to the airport. I paid 160 greven which seemed outrageous gouging. The reception was refusing to serve me in my request to provide the written confirmation that I am living in their hotel. It was very important stage for my business in the document preparation procedure. all fine.
