Bed and bedding very clean and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and kind and left us alone to do our own socialising. Nearness of Park and Ride(which we found by accident) to save driving into York. Dave was a very welcoming host and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was good, we would very happily stay there again. David and Kim. Very attentive looking after all our needs will definitely be booking again in the future.
