Position to city centre,and all of things stated in 2, not forgetting the gorgeous breakfasts and complimentary coffee and cakes in the afternoon. - John

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, service was top notch and the food was very good. Location is excellent for the city, parked the car 1st day and it didn't move throughout our stay. Location is also off the main roads, so very quiet. car parking is limited however, so check availability when you book. - Anonymous

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	Children older than 6 years are welcome. All children or adults are charged GBP 10 per night per person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
