We had a lovely super king size bed its was the let comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The owners were lovely and breakfast very nice. Didn't have to walk far to York town centre where there was lots of offer for all ages.
Comfortable clean and spacious room in a pleasant B&B with attentive, welcoming hosts. Lots of little extras (good supply of tea!)

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Amber House. The facilities are fantastic with the room tastefully decorated and thoroughly clean. Breakfast/ Buffet range covers for all dietary requirements.

Amber House was situated 10 mins walk to the centre of York. It was lovely and clean very comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable and all produce was local.
The house is beautifuly decorated very clean and the owners are the most plesant people you could ever meet we only had breakfast but this was very nice.
The room(s) were lovely and the bathroom was excellent. Our grandson loved it. The breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly and very helpful.

Close location to city centre street parking but plenty of spaces, enjoyed breakfast lots to choose from ,fair price for what you get.
