janette and brian made our stay at the lakes special. we arrived to a big smile from janette and as it was our anniversary she left a card and chocolates for us which i thought was really lovely x x x the rooms were spotless and breakfast was to die for x janette and brian are so friendly and helpful i would recommend anyone to stay there x x x. Clean, efficient, friendly, very good value for money. The owners were prepared to drive me to a conference if there wasn't a bus. Owners Jenette and Brian were what made this place wonderful. So helpful, so friendly and welcoming, and genuinely interested in your trip and stay in the Lake District. Felt like we were staying with friends. Extremely friendly owners who made us feel welcome. We were attending a wedding and Brian looked the venue up on the internet to see how far away we were. Janette also booked taxis for us.the hosts were lovely very friendly and always around to have a chat or give information.. location was great.. roomwas spacious and clean and breakfast was delicious. janette and brian were very welcoming and helpful
