A perfect place to stay! Wonderful view of the sunrise & sunset over the sea from the 2nd floor front bedroom. The room & en-suite was compact but spotlessly clean & immaculate. The shower was hot & powerful. Full english breakfast cooked perfectly. The owners were very friendly & helpful without being at all intrusive. The location is great as it's right by the beach but on a no-through road, so there's no passing traffic, but it's still only a few minutes walk to the centr. all reviews »
Where do I start from the moment we arrived they couldnt do enough for us, we were running late for a family wedding and Martin even dropped us off at the venue to make sure we got there in time then parked our car for us, he even moved it later on that night so that it was right in front of the guest house, this is how to run a b and b, we couldnt thought it and although the room was small it had everything you could need and more, they thought of everything, i can highly recommend this guest .
Simply superb... The location couldn't be better (only a narrow, quiet road between my room and the sea), and the food was great! But most importantly, Allison and Martin were fantastic... They were both very helpful and kind! Thank you both for an excellent stay! :) I will be back!

Alison and Martin were fantastic hosts and the B&B is run like clockwork and accessible 24/7 without question. We will be booking up for another stay there within the not too distant future as we didn't see everything we planned to see. All in all a fantastic break and unbelievable room with a view of the beach.
Ali and Martin were fabulous, super friendly and so helpful. They know their customer service and hospitality.

The location was perfect a short walk to the main shopping area but right on the beach. The view from the front took in the whole of Weymouth Bay. The breakfast was great and Martin even went to the trouble of getting gluten free sausages and bread for my wife.
only stayed one night but wished we stayed longer, the room was spotless ,great breakfast,very friendly nothing was any trouble. lots of little touches in the room that makes a big difference for a low cost hotel, will definately be going back.
The B&B is in a great location, situated in a quiet no through road, but just a stone's through from the beach. We has a lovely large room with a superb sea view. Our hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
I was offered a choice of rooms - a double at the back (a perfectly good room) and a small single with a sea view. I went for the view, and didn't regret it; the room is small, but everything is well-organised and comfortable.
Clean, friendly, comfortable, - quiet - with a good breakfast. Water hot - good room extras like TV, fridge, tea coffee etc, bath robes, good range of toiletries and two glasses for bathroom use - well done!.

The room was a bit small... But then I knew that prior to booking it. Everything else was so great that the size of the room is insignificant! :).
Everything was spot on and there simply is nothing to dislike about the place apart from the odd idiot passing by early hours and shouting out loud through too much alcoholic intoxication.
Difficult to find a parking space close by and the noise from the road woke us early in the morning.
