Amazing value, we paid £20 for the room. Free off-road parking.
I didn´t realise a code was necessary to access the flat. Luckily, the property manager was there and helped us. He was very kind and helpful.

One bedroomed apartment was excellent on previous visits,staff/caretaker very good.

Interesting old building. Reasonable location. Modern TV with multiple channels. Helpful customer service. Most guests were quiet and considerate. After I complained, I was quickly offered a partial refund.
The fact the bedding appeared fresh out of a packet.
Rooms were quite big.
Not a lot besides the room, which is fine for the price.
Email giving us the access code arrived only 24 before we arrived - which is probably good for security but could have caused problem if staying somewhere without internet the day before.
As we are used to recycle, a bottle bank for plastic packaging might be useful somewhere near the building.
Very trivial point but could do with a black out blind in the bedroom as this time of year it was letting in the light very early!.

Very cold, as heating didn't work downstairs properly in Key House. No door on bedroom. No curtains so noisy from road.
No mugs in kitchen and water tasted aweful.
This was a Self Catering apartment but the Sauce and Frying Pans were unusable to the point of being a health hazard. We telephoned the office but the reception we received was of disinterest and helpful. We had to buy new ones. The cleaner, when told, said "well the boss does cheap accomodation", "don't leave the new ones you bought they will only get ruined".
Furnishings were tired and the Armchair very soiled. Cleanliness could be improved upon. .

The fact that I was given the wrong key code and had to ring to get it.
The microwave was disgusting had not been cleaned. The caretaker happened to be around on my second night and cleaned it for me. Very disapointing.

The whole place is shabby and just clean. The matress has seen better day. The shower was clean but offered only a trickle of water which was in turn cold or scalding !!!!!.
This apartment 7B,was not very clean,hairs found on bed,shower/toilet not very clean,shower either hot or cold only.Stairs to apartment rather steep,not very safe for elderly in my opinion..This was in actual fact a bedsit not an apartment,NOT recommended at all !!!!!.
you lead me to believe -there would be A microwave,kettle etc. from pics. very decetfull putting them pics on top of site---not happy.
(I stayed at MJB Keyhouse in Norwich Road, Watton.) I'd actually booked and paid for the MJB Old Brewery, Watton (a higher standard of accommodation).
Unswept floor, nails protruding from floorboards, dusty crockery, dirty shoeprints on bathroom floor, mud in shower cabinet, shower was either hot or cold, some guests left their doors to slam shut (spring-closers).
The stench of cigarettes coming from room 7b, the dirty carpet in the room, the lack of soundproofing, the mould on and around the windows, the toilet that was Brocken and smelly the bath room covered in scale and hair.

Booked to stay in the old brewery where i have stayed before, ended up staying in the key house. It is a complete dump, so much so that i stayed for one hour and decided to drive 4 hours to go home. Never again.
Wee didn't receive the email with the correct code in time. The room has gone downhill so much in the 2 years since I have been staying there. The tiles is the bathroom are falling off at the sink, all the bathroom needs pianist and touching up. not enough towels for 2 people and not matching. The man letting himself in at 7 minutes to 10 telling us check out was at time was way out of order.
