  We were made to feel very welcome and the lodge manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. - Very clean and comfortable bed. Missed breakfast as it was a bit early for us.

  The Bull and Bush was a convenient and low cost place for a day/night out in Kingston. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. A number of reviews reported the location of the hotel as a negative - I will be honest it is situated on a council estate and the parking is public, no designated hotel spaces. BUT I experienced no pro... what people say » blems and the parking was FREE directly in front and around the hotel. - I stayed an unplanned night when visiting my daughter at University. I don't know the area at all but it was very quiet at night and the room more than adequate for the price - wish I had seen this before I had booked a hotel close by at twice the price last time!

  Perfect for Hampton Court Palace couldn't have been closer. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. - We had a fantastic time the food was excellent and the staff were really attentive. I would highly recommend.

  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging.   After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily.
