  Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Room was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet.   Having read about the welcome pack I was very surprised at how much was left for us and was a very nice touch. Enjoyed watching the kites flying around and more in the area as we walked around.   The staff were very helpful. We were told our rooms had lovely countryside views but neither of them did. When I asked reception they changed our room but couldn't change the family room as the other one was taken. The restaurant was very good and although we only had the continental breakfast the pastries and croissants were the best we've had!   I've stayed at this hotel a few times for both leisure and business purposes and every time I've stayed the accomodation has been excellent, the staff have been friendly and the food has been good.
