In the Pembrokeshire countryside just a 5-minute drive from the sandy beach at Amroth, Horsemanstone is a peaceful bed and breakfast set in 4 acres of land. Ducks, geese, alpacas and sheep all live within the grounds, and the 4-star accommodation includes contemporary-styled bedrooms.
All rooms at Horsemanstone look out onto the property’s pond and gardens and many have their own patio leading from the bedroom. Featuring modern tiled bathrooms and a chic décor, all rooms include an iPod docking station, a 32-inch flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The pubs and restaurants of Amroth Beach are a 45-minute walk away. Further afield, the famous walled town of Tenby is 15 minutes’ drive away.
Freshly cooked breakfasts are served daily in the bright breakfast room, accompanied by cereals and juices. Guests also have use of a microwave and fridge for preparing meals.
The nearby harbour town of Saundersfoot is also within a 10-minute drive of the property, where traditional pubs and restaurants offer options for seaside lunches and dinners.

What people say
We wanted to explore this coastal part of Wales and how lucky we were to find this little gem to stay in. The accommodation is classified as a guest house but it is so much more than that. The rooms have been purpose built, decorated to a very high standard with an eye for detail and spotlessly clean. The owners have really given great thought to providing their guests with everything to make their stay comfortable; with tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave oven(with plates & cu. all reviews »
Situated in lovely and peaceful countryside, this B&B is a real gem. We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are decorated to a high standard, are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They are well equipped with a fridge, microwave & kettle as well as a comfy sofa to sit on as you watch the flat screen TV. There are 3 ground floor rooms (with patio) and an attic room above. The views over the property first thing in the morning are very relaxing as you watch.
“A splendid find....”
We have just returned from a very enjoyable and relaxing, 4-night stay. Everyone at the B&B was most friendly and helpful. Our accommodation (Room 1) was spotless and furnished with modern, quality furniture and fittings and the location was both peaceful and beautiful. All of the positive comments by other reviewers are well deserved and, without repeating them, we happily endorse them.We would unreservedly recommend it and would be very happy to return.
Note: Room 1.
Very welcoming, we were made to feel very comfortable
.
Our superior suite contained a walk in shower room, fridge, microwave, dvd player, king size bed and a sofa to name but a few.
You decide the night before what you would like for breakfast. Very good selection and a vegetarian option for myself.
Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and quality tea/coffee/hot chocolate replaced frequently. We were even given the opportunity to borrow dvds, nothing was too much!
Beautiful tranquil scen.
My husband & I cannot say anything negative whatsoever about our
stay. Chris & Anna were so friendly & welcoming that it was a
pleasure to meet such a nice couple. Breakfast was cooked perfectly with
generous helpings & the room was spotless & well designed. We
will deffinately be returning there & even friends & family
loved the photos that we took of room, animals etc that they are looking
to stay there too. I reccomend a a stay there 100%. well done &
thank u .
Lovely place, beautiful setting, spotless and spacious room with bathroom, little kitchen area, and patio space. Staff were very friendly and welcoming as were all the animals! Facilities were great, lots of nice little details: bottled water in fridge, wine glasses provided in room, plus tea and coffee with lots of biscuits. Breakfast was great, lots of options and generous portions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing and ideally located for visiting Tenby and the surrounding area.
The warm clean and beautiful room that we stayed in would be more aptly
described as a self contained flat, with its cosy cupboard full of
goodies - microwave , fridge tea and coffee facilities, plates ,
cutlery, glasses and complimentary tea and coffees. The breakfast was
freshly cooked for us in the morning and was very tasty. Our welcome was
very warm and friendly throught our stay.would definitely stay again and
have no hesitation in recommending it.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was perfect, everything was spotlessly clean with good quality bedding, and high quality fixtures and fittings in the en suite bathroom. The staff all very friendly and approachable.
Set in beautiful peaceful grounds and an excellent base for discovering this lovely part of South Wales.
Breakfast was excellent, ate far too much here!.
Standard of this small but perfectly formed room was exactly what we wanted. Tastefully decorated and finished to the highest of standards, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Everything had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable, even down to the jug of fresh milk in the fridge. The outlook from the room was beautiful and relaxing and the breakfast was lovely.
Horsemanstone was a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting the South of Wales. Put simply, the best guest house we have ever been to. The staff were keen to chat about the local area and very friendly indeed. The room was very well equiped, clean and fresh. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
Room itself was large and clean and airy with good views.
"Staff" were very friendly and welcoming, and pointed us to some nice places to eat.
Pretty much everything was good; fridge, freezer and microwave were a nice touch, didn't need them.
Huge fluffy dog was pretty cool too...
A fantastic place ,the photos do not do it justice. The owners are lovely and the accommodation I would say is one of the best we have ever stayed in.Breakfast is cooked fresh for you and was excellant with a good choice,to cater for everyone. It is a real gem and we will be back.!.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The standard of the room was excellent. With a small area with fridge and tea ,coffee making facilities.
The location was good for exploring the local coastal area.
Picturesque location, very relaxing. Owners were a delight and so helpful. It's off the beaten track, so great for walks in the countryside. They have renovated the place very tastefully. Would have happily stayed longer!.
Modern, comfortable king size bed, separate kitchenette area with bar fridge. Very friendly hosts, lovely animals - alpacas, sheep, dogs, great location for walks and local coastal areas. Great stay, highly recommend.
Very clean, very comfortable. Hosts are both welcoming and in no way intrusive. Breakfast was more than adequate and, provided you don't mind a short drive, Saundersfoot, Tenby, Amroth and Pendine are all nearby.
Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere with modern rooms although just off a main road you'd think you were in the middle of the countryside. The animals were adorable! Beautiful property, great value for money!.
First class, comfortable accommodation, beautiful surroundings, convenient for coast and countryside walking. Perfectly run guesthouse by lovely, welcoming and friendly people. Highly recommend.
Beautifully appointed and luxurious rooms and very comfortable bed .Breakfast was superb with so many choices. Service excellent and setting was out of this world Perfect for a relaxing break.
Comfortable bedrooms with an excellent bed & a settee. Quiet but easily accessible with great views over the countryside.

Very nice people really make you feel welcome . Fantastic setting hard pushed to beat it.

Warm and friendly, excellent breakfast, cannot fault it.
Very friendly welcome and very good standard facilities.
The service was excellent and breakfast outstanding.
We could not fault this B&B.
nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing, would definitely stay here again.
An expensive taxi ride into saundersfoot (£15).
Having to leave the next day!.
Nothing.
Bathroom was small, toilet stopped the door opening properly, but it wasn't a problem, just a bit annoying.
Breakfast sausages weren't very nice, but the rest was brilliant.
Nothing.
Nothing we didn't like but would recommend avoiding the attic room if you are tall. It's gorgeous but has low ceilings in places.
Nothing.
Very easy to drive past from the main road due to no signs until you are literally there, and it is a big and fast road.
Nothing to complain about other than we couldn't stay longer.
Bathroom just a bit too small.
Walls between bedrooms not soundproofed enough - we could hear voices & snoring from the room next door.
nothing really except noisy neighbours the first night!.
Pillows to hard.
Bathroom was on the small side, again
spotless ,but the toilet pan was
positioned too close to the door that connects to the bedroom to be comfortable.
1) Don't like having to order breakfast the night before.
2) The bathroom was a bit on the small side.
Nothing.
Nothing to dislike.
bathroom without bidet.
Just a note that while you secure the room with a credit card she does
not take credit cards. Be sure you have enough pounds.
Nothing.
There was nothing not to like.
The room we were in didn't have very good wifi reception which was to bad because that was the only way we had to stay in touch with the kids back home.
Hard to find in the dark.
The spa bath didn't work!.
nothing.
We could not stay longer!!.
Leaving.
