The island capital of Portree is also just 20 minutes away by car and features a selection of restaurants, gifts shops and a cinema & theatre. Boat trips can be taken from Portree Harbour and will give you the opportunity to see porpoise, seals, otters and sea eagles.

Very friendly lady owner.
Scenery lovely, clean and comfy apartment, good parking, plenty of space, good facilities if you want to cook, sit and eat, wash clothes, etc. Separate lounge to watch big tv- good when weather not great :) Tastefully decorated, well...very white with lots of accessories. Plenty of heaters - all rooms.
Cafe across the road good as not many places to eat around Staffin.

The staff (family) that run the apartments were superb. Can't really
emphasise that enough! We were informed of a slight issue with the
shower and were given a 65% discount to make up for it. We are very
grateful! The apartment itself was perfect for what we were looking for
- good value for money (even before the discount), modern and stylish
interior and includes everything you would need in a holiday apartment.
Would definitely go back!.
One of the best apartments we have stayed at during our 14-days trip to UK. Very courteous owner, tastefully designed and equipped and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again, should we visit the Isle of Sky again.
The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the amenities required, there was plenty of parking. The kitchen was a lovely place to sit eat, chat very comfortable feel to it.

No-one answering the phone when we needed additional directions (I forgot to print email prior to arriving).
The location is quite far into Skye but it's right beside the
Quaraing which is stunning so that makes up for it!.
The shower and bath gave out very little water pressure and very little hot water.
There were a few flies in the kitchen. The water pressure in the shower was also horrible. But other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Needed to know ahead of time that it was a cash only - no debit or credit card transaction. Otherwise - lovely!.

They only take cash payments which makes it tedious to process check out. especially considering that the town only has 1 atm machine which does NOT take international travel cards!.
WI-FI was not available during our stay. Everything was ok, but the WC tool's cleanliness should have been checked more precisely...ehh
You can hear all the footstep noise from the upper floor.
