  absolutely worthy, the owner of the place is lovely, i really felt at home at oaklands... if you're planning to go to the island, this is the place to stay, best quality for money - nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors - they even ordered good weather for our stay!!! The small fridge in our room was an excellent idea.

  A good location by the beach and easily reached by public transport or by car. We drove and parked in the hotel car park which is remote from the hotel in a key code locked compound.   Lorron is a very nice and kind hearted lady. The facilities are very nice. There is a beautiful beach on the back side of the hotel. It's a good chance to see the sunrise. - The staffs and owner Lorraine were so nice and they felt more like our family! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere!
