  We thought that the rooms were well equiped, with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was also in a good location, a nice quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the seafront.   The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment. The room (and the rest of the B&B as well) was clean and well looked after. I would certainly stay there again. - Great size apartment no.2. The sea view from the room, access to the beach was less than 2 minutes away. Parking in the underground car park just 2 minutes from outside the Hotel was also good.

  Tower House is a beautiful guest house. Each room is well equipped spacious and well designed with an individual feel. I was upgraded and the room was lovely with nice views and very comfortable. For my needs the location was excellent and very peaceful and relaxing. It had beautiful garden and conservatory and even a cat.   My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk ... what people say » to the sea front, so near enough to enjoy it, without all the noise of traffic and pubs clubs etc, normally associated with sea front. Also free parki - Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.
