This hotel represents the very best standards. Everything about the place is wonderful - the rooms, the restaurant, the cleanliness, the staff. It exudes class and customer care. The river view rooms are expensive but worth every penny for the view, the gorgeous bathroom, the balcony overlooking the river. I love this place. I took a special weekend offer/rate. Top Quality service and facilities at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to return and have already recommended it.

The restaurant insists on adding a service charge to the already highly-priced food, and they do not make it clear that this is an optional charge. Rethink this Petersham!. Had to leave on Sunday!!!. Nothing. Minor point - the hairdryer did not have a power socket near to it!. Could have been warmer - but coldest weekend of year.No tea making facility available in the room. The single rooms were a little tight on space.Price paid for sandwiches requested. There isnt much in the way of facilities such as a swimming pool for example. Bathroom was too small. Washbasin was disaster - couldn't wash your face properly without being obstructed by the prominint tap. The fact that most if not all of the staff was foreign (but very friendly) made me think they probably underpay their people...Expensive!. No tea making facility in the bedroom. Directions to the hotel from Heathrow could be better. The 'double' bed was in fact two zipped together. There was no way of playing a CD and no tea making facility. I guess we should have realized the price meant we were in the newer back block so not quite the experience.room a bit small. extremeley small room , very dusty. The room we had was at best 2,5 to 3 star level. I thought my room was on the small side and the desk was really too small for any business work .Being given a ground floor room...inapproprate for a single woman, however the room was changed on request. Small room. Had to wait a long time to get a parking space. Staff a bit amateurish. Failed to deliver Sunday paper. Breakfast very slow, then wrong when delivered by which time the incorrect toast was cold. Asked for fully cooked scrambled egg, they gave me partially cooked, white toast, they gave me brown. Also hotel guest lounge facilities were tiny and totally inadequate. Choice of bottled beers inadequate. I stay at many hotels with my job but this was the first time I havebeen to a hotel that did not have a coffee, Tea and Cadbury hotchocolate on tray with kettle in rooms. For £135 a night you wouldexpect this - very dissapointed...
