  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable ... what people say » we have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell.   Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area... what people say » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway.
