  From Paddington the hotel was extremely easy to find. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great for the purpose of the trip which was to see the sights of London. - Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent price. Perfect location for our theatre weekend.

  i stayed there as i was running in the london marathon so i needed comfort,peace and quiet and i was not dissapointed.the staff were very friendly and i was made welcome.will be staying there again next year - Great hotel very clean and quiet.Very friendly staff,good location for central london and train stations.

  I do enjoy this lovely hotel. Very very nice staff, always being helpful. wonderful location, convenient to everywhere, 5 minutes to underground. The room is not very big, but clean and comfortable. With wireless Internet access and all other facilities you might want, I even found a mini refrigerator in my room! I would be very likely to stay her... what people say » e gain:) - The staff was lovely and I really enjoyed the room with bath. Usually when I travel alone I get very tiny rooms without a bath, but in the Regency Hotel I got this beautiful room with large bed and great bath. I took a bath three times in two days! I'll go to the Regency again next time I'll be in London for sure!

  1-) location - near by padington train station, underground and all the busses. - so close to the Hyde park which we visited daily to have a fresh walk or a nice bike ride. - 2 minutes of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. 2-) Friendly staff - always helping with maps and ideas about busses, renting bikes, where to have dinner, offering Extra pi... what people say » llows, soap, towels even having your luggages for the whole day after checking out until 6:30 pm. 3-) comfortable room - we had a quatro room for our - For the price (just over 100 GBP on Bookings.com) it can't be beat. A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations
