Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. - Super attentive service from check in to check out. The consierge was particularly helpful in answering our questions and providing direction

  The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.
