  The staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming, accommodating, informative. Breakfast was good quality. The room deal we got was also excellent value for money. We were visiting family in the area and next time will check the Wirral Lodge first when looking for local accommodation. - Used the Hotel as a stop over between Wedding and reception plus... what people say » overnight stay, Staff were very accommodating, not 'pushy', didn't demand payment on arrival, quite happy to accept on departure.   The apartments were wonderfully well equiped, the owners seem to have thought of everything. The staff (Andrea / Gail) were also extremely helpful and assisted me with finding a good restaurant and with my online check-in for my flight the next day. - The stay was very enjoyable, the rooms are wonderful, spacious, clean, and comfortable prefect f... what people say » or a short stay. The parking is very secure and cheaper than other places near by. Close to lots of nightlife. I shall be returning at some point.

  On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements.   Had a great stay, perfect location between the city and Anfield and excellent value for money. Kylie one of the staff there even dropped us to town on one of the nights!
