We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry)
My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon.

The facilities were excellent, the pool, and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and our baby son loved it!
