  The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.   I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. We did not have a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I would have liked to as the menu was appealing and was the look of the facilities. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel or... what people say » revisiting it if I ever go back to Liverpool. - Central location, very smart presentation, room comfortable, bathroom clean and plenty of towels, toileteries etc, sound-proofing seemed good as heard no noise all night despite the hotel being full of Scottish and Russian football fans! Excellent breakfast buffet.

  The warm welcome by Harriet who was very friendly and helpful. The room I shared with my daughter was warm, spacious and had lovely comfortable clean beds. My daughter was over from Northern Ireland for an interview at Hope University and found the bar area very peaceful and relaxing in order for her to prepare for the night before the interview. ... what people say » - Good location, just off M62 & beside train station so easy access into Lime Street.   The owners - Ian and Jan - were both great, very friendly and helpful. We came up for the match against Swansea and they and their staff were really enthusiastic and helpful with regards to transport, directions, eating/dining recommendations, etc. The room was immaculate, comfortable and warm. Lovely shiny en suite too. 20-25 minute bus journey ... what people say » to city centre, and the bus stop is just 200 yards down the road. No complaints. Next time I'm up for a home game I will ring to see if they've got an - The staff at Old Greasby were fabulous. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and very well provisioned. Really enjoyed our stay. Old Greasby is well placed to access many points of interest, including Liverpool and North Wales.
