We arrived and were greeted by Stuart, who was very friendly and courteous during our check-in process. Then he took the time to give us a map and explain the many different things to see and do and made suggestions on how to go about it. He was very helpful. 2) Location - There cant be a better hotel than this....superb ! Perfect location - closer to the station. However, you will surely need to take a cab from the Metro to the Hotel (if carrying heavy luggage) 2nd option would be to climb around 108 steps towards the hotel (from the metro station). Taxi would not cost more than 4 Pounds from the train station.

Arrived into hotel after a long flight late at night with 2 young children. Nicole was so genuinely helpful and caring and got all our check-in smoothly done. All our tiredness & tension was alleviated and had a great nights sleep.

A bit pricy for a generic hotel without any character, but clear and
comfortable. Convenient for airlines connection..about a 8 pound cabride
(10 minutes) from airport. Restaurant generic, American style, very
busy. Nothing else around (in an industrial park) so no other eating
options. Check with attendant to make sure no groups are booked for
dinner, otherwise no dinner for you!
