    Overall quality of the place was really high including most comfortable bed I have ever slept, so clean and big room).. John was at there when we need and he is very helpful, friendly and kind. After staying one day you feel like you are at home more than a hotel. Location is 15-20 mins to the center and 5 mins by bus which is really good. I will - Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality.     Warm, friendly welcome. Comfortable, spotless and well-equipped rooms. Fabulous breakfasts! Lovely grounds, loads of parking. Great area and scenery, very handy for Edinburgh, North Berwick and Muirfield etc. Good food and personal welcome at Longniddry Inn. Excellent for golfers...but also for tourists with even broader interests. - Room was spa... what people say » cious, clean, equipped with everything we needed plus a few thoughtful extras. Location was perfect - set in the countryside, peaceful, entirely relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and of the highest quality. The owners were friendly.     The owner was so friendly and really made you feel at home. Breakfast was lovely, more than I could eat, and when we needed to be up and out early on Sunday, he was happy to bring breakfast forward for us.
