It was a wonderful choice to live in Livingstone - Everything was excellent, the location, the cleanliness, comfort, and design. The flat was well painted and refurbished, looking very clean, tidy and cozy. Riccardo, the owner, is a gentleman, VERY helpful and promptly answered all our enquiries. I definitely recommend this place.

    Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

    We were very satisfied with this accomodation, good location, shops and restaurants were very close and we could park our car without problems. We can recommend Tesco for buying food, which is about 200metres far from the house. In the area of the port you can buy fresh fish at the fishmonger´s. Bus stop outside door.Leith offers several top quality restaurants. Royal Brittanica Yacht, and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Plenty to see and do, would return.

    We experienced a serious accident two days before we left. Our granddaughter studying at E.U. helped us navigate and get to airport. She stayed with us two nights. Nadia, the owner would not accept any extra money for her being with us plus Nadia was most concerned and helpful.     This was our first trip to Edinburgh. We were hoping to book a hotel closer to the city centre, but as ours was a last minute booking, we were limited for choice. As it turned out, the Britannia was just perfect for us and we're now very pleased we chose it.     First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant. The rooms are tidy, have a huge TV, a sweet bathroom with bathtub and shower. Just in - This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. The hotel is clean, the rooms were spacious. The staff was very helpful.
