  Leo made us feel welcome by chatting to us and taking us around the manor house. The rooms are well appointed and despite the hot weather, we were kept cool with a breeze through the room. The breakfast was great and freshly cooked. There is much history in the manor house, which made the stay interesting.   Just had a one night stay,and was very happy with the choice of hotel. A good location a few minutes walk from the town centre and front but out of the way to be quiet,free street parking.The owners were really nice and friendly,the hotel was in good condition and spotless,our room nice, although on the small side(thus only 4 out of 5),good plenti... what people say » ful breakfast. If i return to Skegness,i would definately stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. - Warm,friendly welcome from the owners, with an invitation to sit and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea, and discuss our requirements for breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, and despite the atrocious weather outside, we enjoyed our stay at Skegness.

  Fabulous bathroom, bath and shower superb, very powerful hot power shower and huge bath. Room was beautifully decorated and appointed, the TV sound could be switched to the bathroom so you can have a relaxing soak whilst listening to the tv. Very comfy bed, complimentary bottle of sparkling water every day, very peaceful and quiet at night, totall... what people say » y relaxing and with a luxury feel that is amazing for the price they charge. The restaurant was very good also and all staff were extremely friendly a - The care and attention we received was amazing! Along with friends we were travelling with our 2 year old son who was given the same as so often we find people leave out the smaller details when it comes to young children but not hear! We all would recommend to friends and family as a future place of stay! Well done to the owner, his staff & family for being so hospitable.

Bathroom is modern with brilliant power shower. We only stayed one night, but wish it had been longer, we would certainly stay again. It was nice to - Fantastic Location for our visit to Market Rasen Races. Superb room/ shower/wet room was great after a busy and hot day. Tranquil setting overlooking garden. Amanda and Peter are the most delightful hosts, a very warm welcome and comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, as is the room it is served in, nothing is too much trouble, we wish all the places we stayed were as good as this...it would take out a lot of anxiety when booking a trip.
