As 2 mature gay married women, Tina & Graham were 2 of the {but professional} most friendly & sincere people one could possibly meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was fresh and varied. The facilities were superb. A beautiful garden one could sit in, with again, many various areas to do so. If you wanted privacy it was provided.We travelled by bus from Glasgow, direct and took 17 minutes and dropped us right outside of Azalea house. So real happy with that. If you do

The staff were fantastic; they were friendly, welcoming and well presented.
The lounge was tastefully decorated and you could be forgiven for thinking that you were in a boutique hotel rather than a chain.
Our room, while being compact still had a luxurious feel which was great.
I had the full Scottish breakfast which I was very pleased with as it looked appetizing and tasted as good as it looked.
I managed to get a really good rate for our room and a discount on breakfast as we booked online.

I love how the dakota looks it is a beautiful hotel especially the lounge reception and dining area the staff are always lovely and helpful especially tge receptionist that was on when i arrived at the hotel i think it is really good for business occassions.
