    The staff, the food, the sitting rooms were all of the highest standard. I drove and walked around by myself for a chance to reset and relax and Kinloch Lodge was such a luxurious experience. I actually tried to book elsewhere before but they were full, and I am so glad that they were now. - Perfectly sized small hotel in a beautiful setting.     I stayed in the attic room, which was very quaint and had a ton of character, I absolutely loved the room. The location of this hotel is perfect for relaxing or hiking, it is located right near the water with amazing views. It also has a bar and restaurant on site which allows you to sit, relax, eat and drink (with a good selection of cocktails,... what people say » whiskey, and local brews. The staff was very nice. - The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

    The staff were nice people. I liked their honesty. The room was great for the price, as was the shower (very powerful and hot). Service was fine in general. Although some people had wrong drinks brought to their table and food from the kitchen was slow for some. It was dog friendly and the staff were really accommodating. I would stay again but wo... what people say » uld eat and drink elsewhere. - Beautiful setting right on the harbor on the Isle of Skye. Room looked out onto the harbor, stunning view. The room was furnished nicely and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was reasonably priced and was very good. All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
