  This is a great place to stay. Good location just outside Stornoway. We stayed in the cottage behind the guest house and it was immaculate with great facilities. Donald is a very welcoming and excellent host. Thanks. - The owner was a great man. Founf myself sitting with him for an hour on the 1st night chatting away about the island, mainland ... what people say » etc. I'd recommend this place for a great place to stay!!

  Excellent house with all amenities including bikes for all. Geroge the propriotor made us all very welcome . Excellent stay would highly recommend this location for a grp particularly a family - Super to have the whole house to yourself with every facility. Really was home from home.

  We reserved two rooms at the guest house, which is conveniently located near the ferry port at Stornoway. The rooms were large and spacious and well equipped. The guest house is obviously being redecorated, which will add to the value of the rooms. The breakfasts were excellent! Cooked to order and taken in a cafeteria adjoining the hotel. And the ... what people say » staff and locals were very friendly! - we loved going into the little bakers/cafe for breakfast each morning. gave us a real taste of the island life so qaint.
