    Good comfortable accommodation. Very friendly and helpful owner, provided transport to and from ferry as I was on foot. Superb breakfast, really sets you up for the day.     Courteous, thoughtful attention by staff. I arrived at 10 p.m. (plane delay) and had a most welcome meal provided. The day before I was leaving, a staff member came to my door, to remind me that it was time for me to go if I was to catch the plane back to the mainland. He was relieved, when I told him that I wasn't leaving until the following da... what people say » y. I really appreciated his concern, though. - As a first-time visitor from South Africa, was blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and establishment. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and special. Have to make special mention of Lewis who performed above and beyond what was expected of him :)

    A lovely friendly welcome, the room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Good breakfast and excellent value for money. Easy parking on front so no worries about no private car park.     Everything. This is, without doubt, the finest B&B that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hundreds. The room was superbly equipped with a full wet room, Egyptian cotton linen, stereo, tv, Molton Brown toiletries and everything else you could possibly need.     This was a wonderful Guest House. The best we have experienced this trip to Scotland, perhaps the best ever experienced in all our travels around the world. The hosts were generous in greeting us with a glass of very good wine. The. Bedroom was spacious & beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. Highly recommended by us. - I was made to feel very welcome/Karen and Ian were excellent hosts and the room was fantastic.     Trust in people in the Islands is obvious here. The owner was out, the door was open with a note telling us what room to occupy The owner appeared shortly afterwards and we got everything sorted-no problem. Accomodation excellent. Flexible times for breakfast and choices sorted out the evening before. Nothing seemed to be a problem for Margo. Well... what people say » done. - The proprieter was extremely friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stornoway, however we thought the sat nav was wrong because it started taking us through an industrial estate. In fact it took us to the B&B which is located on the seafront with good views sea views.

    The Dragonfly is run by a young couple, Louie and Patti, who have designed their B&B as a high quality, calm but extremely friendly place to base the adventure on this island. The room and attenant bathroom were kept in a very good and clean condition. The B&B is well located, close to the harbour and ferry lines, and within walking distance from the town centre. The room is on the top floor with a stunning view on the sea and the town. The bed was large and very comfortable.
