  It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. Would definitely stay again - Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar (we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value for money and would certainly go back.

  I liked the staff there and the best was the man. He was service-minded and spoke with me much. He was very patient. I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges.   My room despite having a average floor plan had an incredible feeling of space due to the high ceilings and huge sash window overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The fire alarm went off at around 05:15, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the thorough checks they carried to the building before confirming it was a false alar... what people say » m and allowing us back to our rooms at around 05:30. - The staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Paul. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and shall be back. The room was smal but did us well. We shall look at booking one of the newly refurbished ones next time.

Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  The staff was very polite and helpful. The view was really nice. The food in the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoied our stay there. - When we arrived the hotel, they offered an upgrade of a room with breakfast. Swimming pool with steam sauna was wonderful as well.
