Mo at the reception is a really nice guy. We arrived early and he still made sure our room was available for us ASAP. We had a double room which was very nice and clean. The hostel had a lift which was amazing after spending a lot of time lugging bags up many flights of stairs.

The staff was incrediblly nice, everyone was very helpful and polite. There are bus stops in front of the building, the Rotherhithe underground station less than 10 minutes away, it's located in a residential zone so it's a very quiet and safe place. I had previously read a review that said it was scary to walk from the underground station to the hostel, but let me tell you even though it's mostly a desserted area at the late hours of night, it's very safe, so don't worry about that. We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort hotel. The staff were very helpful with directions and the local area, really seemed like they enjoyed there work which adds to the serean atmosphere. The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

Easy access to public transport:
- Bus stops at the Hotel you can reach:
a. East Croydon Railway station (10 minutes)
b. Waddon Railway (3 min) or 10 min walk.
So it is better for business, but we were satisfied for sightseeing as well.
Room size is ok.
