  the hotel was new, the access to the center of London very easy, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, the room was big and luxurius as described and full equiped.The location of the hotel was good enough, not the best one but with no problems and no need to be afraid of something. - everything was...perfect.   owmer Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room although small and compact (single room) was very clean,had a fridge which is a bonus, kettle with coffee and tea. flat screen television. And free wifi.. The ensuite bathroom just been updated very clean and modern with hairdryer. I did not go for breakfast which was part of the price as I d... what people say » id not go for it, so can't make comment re that. The main shepherds Bush tube station is only 5-10mins walk when you ask at reception for the quick - We chose the hotel because it was close to the O2 Shepherds Bush empire, but it was also very easy to reach from Heathrow and relatively close to the city center. We had a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel so it was a very quiet room, no traffic noise from shepherds bush road. Breakfast was good, and in the immediate surroundings there were several supermarkets and plenty of other places to buy food and drinks.   Great place: very small, great rooms, perfect location between shoreditch and the city 2 minutes from liverpool street station, 15 minutes walk from bank. Staff incredibly kind. Great breakfast directly in the room. I'll go there again for sure!! - Great value for the location and would stay there again. Keep in mind it is close to a busy street... what people say » so if you are bothered by noise ask for a more interior room. Staff was great and very helpful.

  The staff were so helpful and lovely. The selection for breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Very close and in walking distance to two major train stations and thirty minutes away from Heathrow Airport. My family and I felt safe, as we were walking the streets late at night. Dairy's, restaurant and laundry just... what people say » down the road from us. We would definitely go back to this hotel again. Highly recommend this hotel as I think it is good value for money and family - Great for Westfield shopping Centre , about ten minutes walk away from there and Shpeherds bush station . Had room 22 this time , slightly bigger which made it alot better than room 24 , still small room but for 2 for oe night perfectly ok . Breaksfast simple and as much as you like . Bargain price . Suggest if driving park at westfield shopping centre 24hrs parking for £6 , eat at one of the mnay restaurants there or there is an indian very near this hotel . Perhaps a visit to the cinema too a

The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions .   Easy access to business venue. Clean apartment and friendly staff. Good facilities in the apartment - other than what is in the next box! - I liked the design of the studio flat and the high standard of cleanliness. It was very comfortable and in a great location.
