Despite reading a review that the traffic outside was noisy, I thought the windows' soundproofing in our room was brilliant! I could hardly hear a thing, and normally I can't sleep with any noise at all.

It's so easy to find and is just a 30 second walk from Charlton train station, you can't miss it.There is also a bus stop just outside with buses running to and from the 02 every 10 mins for just £2.40. All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer.
