The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

Location is excellent for incoming travellers from Heathrow. It is in a good area central to transport and three tube lines. The hotel has a lift which many similar small hotels do not. The rooms are small but are comfortable (even an LCD TV). Most importantly the room was newly renovated with a good bathroom. Breakfast was better than expected. Clink was very nice hostel, really good value for money! Stuff was excelent, there are useful utilities like a luggage room, breakfast was surprisingly wealthy and showers clean. Although very close to St Pancras station really quiet during nights thanks the windows into the courtyard. Recommend it! -

Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to solve any problems for you. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station. You have absolutely everything you need if you are not easy going. It might be a bit cleaner but i didn't care because there were much more pluses then minuses.
