    We arrived early for our stay and the staff did everything to get our accommodation ready.We had a warm welcome from the staff who were all very friendly. We stayed in the Dovecotes which was ample accommodation for my daughters and myself. The property had everything you could need . It was nice to have a terrace to sit outside and have a quiet d... what people say » rink in the sunshine. The views from the terrace of the Waves restaurant are stunning and the food was excellent. The weather couldn't have been any b - The facilities are well thought out , the free dvd loans, the pool the out door facilities for the children. The safe enviroment, the restaurant was very welcoming & very good with the children, we got there after reception was closed & were told to go straight to our bungalow where a warm atmosphere greeted us with local radio playing & side lights on. Lovely start to our break.

    Everything about the hotel was excellent right from the initial welcome by the host at our check-in midnight who I found having same warmth next early morning at breakfast. Truly amazing hosts and then ofcourse the rooms were good and clean- service was great and check-out was ready right at the break-fast table which I found quite unique. Locatio... what people say » n was fantastic for our visit to Skanda vale and this hotel was the closest we found for our visit to the temple. Will surely recommend it - The Baltic was a lovely find - great staff - always willing to help and assist - nothing too much trouble. The family room we stayed in was a good size with all the facilities that you would need for a break (with brilliant power shower). The food at the Inn was also great - tasty food and good portion sizes - loved the help yourself salad bar. Would definitely visit the Baltic again. Exceptional value for money.

    Staff very helpful and friendly. Accomodation was fresh, comfortable and clean with an awesome sea view (room 3) and 'seaside shabby chic' in style. Our friend's room did not hav ea view but was still gorgeous. Recently the interior has all been upgraded and it shows. The bar and restaurant were excellent, great atmosphere. Finally the breakfast ... what people say » was spot on and they will accomodate requests. - The welcome could not have been better, the suite was perfect, comforable clean with everything we needed and more. The meal that we had in the evening was delicious., as was the breakfast. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to our friends.

    The proprietors and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as was the hotel lounge. The dining room was attractively decorated (as were all other rooms that we saw) and both breakfasts and evening meals were delicious, with an excellent choice of menu.     Plus Tudor is great for travelling with a toddler! You're not all in one room, as you would be in a hotel or B&B. Essentials like tea, coffee, cereal and milk are provided, along with fresh fruit. Extras like books and DVDs are a great bonus on a rainy afternoon, and the wifi was a welcome addition.     We had a very enjoyable stay, and although I hadn't asked for a disabled room (my husband is deaf/blind & has a heart condition so I have to fetch the luggage) we were given number 1 on the ground floor, which was so handy. Whether this was just coincidence or a last minute change when the booking inn clerk realised my husband's condition, I d... what people say » on't know, but it made so much difference to us, and was much appreciated. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, large and well equipped. The car park was excellent, and the hotel was very easy to find. Good location for touring and seaside. Restaurant very good with tasty sensibly priced food and massive portions. The cooked breakfast was especially good. We would definitely stay here again.

    On arrival we were delighted to be told of our upgrade to a beautiful suite and escorted by the receptionist. My husband went to reception to report a faulty fan in the room. A replacement fan was brought to the room immediately by the receptionist. Thank you. Will definately return to this hotel as it is the best we have found in the area, and - The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival they upgraded me from a standard room to the Dinefwr Suite - the best room in the hotel! The suite was very luxurious - a huge bed with a lovely view down the valley - a huge bathroom - I couldn't fault it. The perfect retreat for a romantic break - just a shame I was on business! Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and service was extremely quick given that the hotel was full.

    Very lovely place with friendly staff. - Lovely room, huge comfortable bed and the food in the restaurant was very nice, although a little expensive. There was a really good selection of different choices for the breakfast (full english, scrambled eggs, continental, etc) all of which were included in the price of the room.
