    Very friendly welcome with refreshments served on the terrace on arrival. Delightful setting and location just a few minutes walk from Dinas Head and Pembrokeshire Coast Path, with choice of eating places also within easy walking distance. For a break without using the car the local bus service provided easy links to Fishguard and Cardigan, . Delicious breakfast with good choice of items. - Beautifully decorated house and extremely helpful and welcoming hosts. Very useful home produced local maps for all kinds of trips: walking, driving, city visits! Peaceful location and walking distance of coastal path and beaches, but also only 5 mins drive to pubs/restaurants in nearby town. We only stayed 3 night but plenty to see and do to keep occupied all week! Would happily go back for another trip.

    Such a good location, stayed here for 2 nights, central to really anything you could want,ferry port,shopping,family activities, beach, etc. Real value for money. People may not like the old fashioned decor but as a young couple staying there its perfectly fine and I can't stress enough just how clean this place is. Not just the rooms but the bar/... what people say » restaurant/breakfast room etc. Fab! Food was great, staff nice and not obtrusive like some places we've stayed. As its a lodge, parking right outside - a most memorable evening meal; the food was superb and topped by a superb wine - Peregrino. Great value for the money , food and accommodation. Will certainly return whenever we visit the Welsh Spitfire Museum

    We had a very enjoyable stay, and although I hadn't asked for a disabled room (my husband is deaf/blind & has a heart condition so I have to fetch the luggage) we were given number 1 on the ground floor, which was so handy. Whether this was just coincidence or a last minute change when the booking inn clerk realised my husband's condition, I d... what people say » on't know, but it made so much difference to us, and was much appreciated. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, large and well equipped. The car park was excellent, and the hotel was very easy to find. Good location for touring and seaside. Restaurant very good with tasty sensibly priced food and massive portions. The cooked breakfast was especially good. We would definitely stay here again.

    Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient! I had heard that parking could be an issue after reading other reviews on the hotel but I parked straight away, directly in-front of the hote... what people say » l. - The room was fantastic, beds were very comfortable, staff were excellent, and the facilities were brilliant.     Everything!!! As the previous reviews stated, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating in every way. The coffee choices were lovely and Allen was very passionate about the quality. We ordered a packed lunch to take out for a long walk and the sandwiches were scrummy. The tearooms were buzzing and the breakfast was lovely. Wifi worked well - especially w - Peygawse is run by a friendly and helpful couple. It is clean, quiet and centrally located in a beautiful and historic town on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. The breakfasts are excellent and the coffee is the best we have ever had anywhere in the uk. We can also recommend the Castle Inn just a 4 minute walk away for dinner. A most enjoyable experience.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful andfriendly. Easy access to the North beach and town. Will definately begoing to the hotel again next year. - Welcome and service provided by management and staff was excellent. Foodbrilliant. Location just right. Will go there again and recommend it.

    The Penally Abbey has a distinct charm and ellegance that is not always to translate into words. However from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated to very personal hospitality, which you don;t find in budget hotels. This is what you pay for and it is the reason for the difference.     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was excellent. The staff, (Louise and Nick especially) and Mandy the owner and her daughter Sarah (not to mention the Cavapoo dog Milo, just the same as our dog Charlie!) were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Also a good a tip for small appetites is to ask for a small portion when ordering dinner! The Inn has - From arrival the staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, extremely clean and it was so obvious that staff took great pride in their work to ensure guests are afforded a trouble free stay. The food in the restaurant was of excellent quality and value with the breakfast one of the best I have ever had - local produce used.
