The house was lovely and had a very relaxing atmosphere, we enjoyed sitting in the cosy lounge next the fire whist sipping on a complementary sherry. The breakfast was very tasty. Heather was the perfect host, ensuring we had everything we needed and recommending places to eat out and things to see. We are usually not a big fan of bed and breakfast

The Edwardene is classy, friendly and impeccably maintained. The room we were in "Heather" was compact but only because the ensuite had been given generous space to include a full bath. Russ carried my luggage to my car, parked a block away. This was especially appreciated. Marie phoned me to let me know that they would carry my luggage downstairs for me. Great comforter and pillow, extra pillow on bed. Location close to restaurants and shops.

The room was very clean, and the bed linens immaculate. The bathroom was also the cleanest we found. We loved staying at the Mariners. - Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, staff at breakfast were exceptionally nice. I took 2 small dogs which were very welcome.
