The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel. The evening meal was served in a beautiful restaurant with well trained and attentive staff. Highly recommended. - Gina

The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later. The proximity of the hotel to the railway station was a great advantage. - Christine

The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times. Although the bathroom was quite small - the actual bedroom was quite spacious and the bed very comfy! - Frank

The closeness to the centre of Bristol, only a 10 minute walk. The facilities in the room were excellent, its nice having the facility to cook if you want, and the bonus of the washing machine and dishwasher was brilliant. The room/apt was the perfect size for two of us, nice big bathroom and bedroom. Also loved the gated car park, its nice having the security which is often lacking elsewhere. - Rachel

The room was fantastic - we may have been the first to stay in it, it certainly felt like that. High quality finish, very comfortable and luxurious. Especially the blackout (light and sound) curtains - we didn't stir until 11.30 Sunday morning! I recommend a wake up call so that you don't miss breakfast! Breakfast was wonderful (on Saturday!), in fact all food was flavoursome + delicious.***** - Philippa

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Breakfast is very good and we have had some lovely dinners there. Location is spot on with only a short walk to the river. - Helen

Great private apartment, great pin code entry system, fully functionalkitchen (once I found that the silverware and other stuff was in thedishwasher) - Craig
