  The staff were all brilliant, they were very helpful, friendly and inviting, the apartments were gorgeous very clean and loads of space with amazing views of the high street and odeon without their been any noise, I have been once before to the apartments, but my 9 friends had not, but they will all be re visiting again, we didn't get all of the s... what people say » taffs names but we would like to thank david the 2 girls who checked us out of apartments and the man who checked us in, they helped give my friend (t - The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

  The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. We especially liked the idea that breakfast was served until 12.00am on Sunday morning and there was a late checkout time of 1.00pm. As we were suffering the effects of the night before, we rang room service, around 10.00am, to ask if we could have breakfast brought to our room. This was no problem and at no extra cost.
