The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is one of the best Ihave ever stayed in. I am self employed and travel alot and am alwaysstaying in different hotels and this is one of the best will definetlystay again - the staff were very friendly and always willing to help the food was lovely and so were the rooms a very enjoyable experiance

At no extra charge, we were given one of the very view rooms with a balcony overlooking the Thames. It was wonderful! I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. The room was cosy (we had trouble waking up for breakfast...ha ha) it was wonderful and very convenient having not only a health salon and a swimming pool

When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room.
The room was a generous size with a comfy bed.
The leisure centre was just what I needed with a gym/cardio centre and also a pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi. The gym was quite busy but there was enough equipment for all.
Breakfast was lovely and included in the billl.

My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless

The restaurant was amazingly good and exellent value for money for that kind of food and service, all in all a truly enyoyable stay, whit the tranquility of Maidenhead, but near all of west london main atractios Windsor, Hampton Court, Richmond, Kew Gardens, Oxford, and Heathrow, if you are driving this is the way to go. - The dinner was excelent

Everything was spotless! Beautiful surroundings in a really quiet area, ideal after a long day! Staff are really friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is to die for! The rooms are not too big but well decorated, bed really comfy, one of the best relaxing nights I had for a long time! Definitely will stay there again!
